Liberty Street Software - Coin Manage ApplicationSpent over 6-months loading a massive coin collection into the Application including photos and provenance for each coin and been using it for about 3 years. Had an issue with file becoming corrupted which put me into a panic. Company's Tech Support repaired the corrupted file and restored all information. Tech Support provided assistance with the install with my permission accessing my PC. Restore and fix process was very smooth and I am extremely happy and recommend both Company and its product which is very easy to use. I just upgraded my application to the 2026 version which was very easy to install and reasonably priced for an upgrade. Very satisfied customer!

Do not buyOrdered Home Inventory Software on USB in August and still not received it. Contacted them a number of times and all they replied was that it takes a long time to get to the UK. It doesn't take this long, middle of December and they are no longer replying to my emails. AVOID!!!

TERRIBLE SERVICEI have had coinmanage software for many years and have mostly been happy with it. I just updated to 2025 and have some simple questions that I cannot find answers to. I have emailed for several weeks now to both technical support and sales support. NO ANSWER. The phone number I used to use to contact them no longer works. What is the problem? I need some support. I do not like to give negative reviews until I have tried every way imaginable to find the answers myself. THIS IS RIDICULOUS.....
